Massage Therapy
Massage therapy consists primarily of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, specifically, the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints for the purpose of optimizing health. Massage Therapist will propose a personalized treatment plan based on an initial assessment and health history. The assessment consists of various tests to determine the condition of your muscles and joints. The Massage Therapist will work with your level of pain tolerance during the treatment, and the treatment can be stopped at any time should the treatment become uncomfortable. Home remedial exercise advice will be provided by the RMT after the treatment.
TCM Acupuncture
During the first acupuncture session, the R.Ac/RTCMP/RMT will assess your general health. As each treatment is unique to the individual, this will facilitate the most effective treatment for each. A treatment plan will be made based upon the consultation. The Practitioner may decide to embrace other modalities including Cupping, Guasha, Moxa, Tuina etc. with your consent to reinforce the effectiveness of the treatment.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the head, feet and hands that relate to all parts of the body. Reflexology can help with relaxation of mind and body, improve circulation, balance body's condition, maintains health and boost immune by 25% plus. The certified reflexologist don't diagnose, don't prescribe, don't treat for a specific condition and don't use sticks, tools or machines. A very important thing of having reflexology treatment is to keep the spine straight with natural curve, this is how reflex works. We may provide the supporting pillow under your knees or low back depends on your body condition. No powder should be used at treatment as it may block the skin pores. Oil and lotion might be used at the end but not at the beginning. Witch-hazel toner will be applied at the beginning to help clean the feet.
Aesthetics
Our Signature Facial Treatment includes skin analysis, cleansing, exfoliation, steam, extract (if needed), massage, serum induction and double masks. Product line bing used for our signature facial treatment is Eve Taylor (contains organic and vegan herbal ingredients).
Our Supreme Micro-Current Facial Treatment selects Environ’s luxurious Ionzyme Advance Vitamin products and the treatments are suitable for all skin types. It uses a combination of low frequency sound waves to transport molecules through the skin (Sonophoresis) and the use of PULSED electrical current to facilitate greater penetration of the vitamins into the CELLS (Iontophoresis) by up to 40 times compared with manual application.
We also provide micro-needling and cool-peel treatments. Please ask one of our staffs for more information.
Deep Tissue Massage-Non RMT
The therapist will apply deep pressure to the muscles and fascia along the body. Other modalities may apply by the therapist during the treatment to make sure the client gets the most benefit from 1 hour treatment.
